Job Summary:
HR Intern will gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This will provide an excellent opportunity to learn HR processes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
➤ Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
➤ Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
➤ Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
➤ Participate in conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews.
➤ Assist in the preparation and distribution of onboarding materials for new hires.
➤ Coordinate and support the onboarding process, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
➤ Ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
➤ Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining HR files, documents, and records.
➤ Assist with HR compliance audits and reports.
➤ Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
➤ Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications:

➤ Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
➤ Strong interest in Human Resources and employee management.
➤ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
➤ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
➤ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
➤ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
➤ Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
