REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)-
PRINTING & SUPPLY OF
TEXTBOOKS AND TEACHERS' GUIDES

Federation Handicap International works in around 60 countries in emergency, reconstruction, chronic crisis, and development contexts. Since 1982, the association has been working alongside vulnerable populations, particularly persons with disabilities. 

Federation Handicap International invites quotations for the PRINTING & SUPPLY OF TEXTBOOKS AND TEACHERS' GUIDES, under one of its ongoing projects. Quotations are invited from eligible suppliers/firms holding valid business registration and proven experience in the relevant field. Detailed descriptions are provided in the attached RFQ along with the detailed specifications.

The following documents must be submitted along with the quotation:

• A valid business registration certificate, or NTN/GST registration certificate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Singed and Stamped Quotation must be submitted on the company’s official letterhead or using the attached RFQ form.
2. Quote Submission Deadline: The deadline for submission of quotes/bids is 17-Sep-2025 at 11:45 PM. Quotations should be sent via email only to:

Any submission received after the specified date and time will not be considered for further processing.

3. All fields in the attached RFQ form are mandatory. Incomplete or missing information will result in the quotation being disqualified from further consideration.
4. The quotation must remain valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days from the date of submission.
5. The delivery timeline/schedule of supplies must be clearly specified in the quotation.
6. The delivery locations, along with the respective number of textbooks for each, are clearly specified in the attached file (Specifications of Textbooks & Teacher Guides).
7. Quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST/WHT) as well as delivery/printing charges. GST-registered suppliers should mention the GST amount separately in their quote.
8. Payment Terms: HI will make payment through online transfer or cross cheque only, after the complete delivery, inspection, and acceptance of goods/services. No advance payments will be made.
9. Samples of each item must be submitted to the HI Peshawar Office, if requested (only by shortlisted suppliers).
10. Federation Handicap International reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, in whole or in part, and to annul or suspend the procurement process at any stage, in accordance with its internal procurement procedures and donor regulations, without incurring any liability or obligation towards the affected bidders.
