Qualification:
Graduate / Master in Finance, recognized from HEC.
Experience:
Minimum 03 years of relevent post qualification experience.
Skills:
Hands on experience of ERP system.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of Payroll for fields including NMS (benefits, taxes and deductions etc.)
Preparation of Tax Retrun on quarterly & annual basis.
Preparation and distribution of Salary Tax Certificates to fields staff.
Processing of PF loan, HR advances etc. of the fields staff.
To maintain the JMS Club financial matters.
Review of personal accounts and related adjustments, if required.
To provide salary related data to JV's section Head Office.
Allocation of salary & wages.
Preparation of final settlement of fields staff including NMS.
