Qualification: 

  • Graduate / Master in Finance, recognized from HEC.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 03 years of relevent post qualification experience.

Skills:

  • Hands on experience of ERP system.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Payroll for fields including NMS (benefits, taxes and deductions etc.)
  • Preparation of Tax Retrun on quarterly & annual basis.
  • Preparation and distribution of Salary Tax Certificates to fields staff.
  • Processing of PF loan, HR advances etc. of the fields staff.
  • To maintain the JMS Club financial matters.
  • Review of personal accounts and related adjustments, if required.
  • To provide salary related data to JV's section Head Office.
  • Allocation of salary & wages.
  • Preparation of final settlement of fields staff including NMS.
