Implementation Coordinator (20 Positions)

Reporting Line: Project Team Lead, Provincial Coordinators & Focal Persons - Sindh

1. Purpose of the Role

To support the effective and timely implementation of project activities, ensuring alignment with the project work plan, quality standards, and coordination with field trainers and central teams

2. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily implementation of trainings at assigned locations
• Ensure that training sessions are conducted on schedule as per the agreed training calendar
• Supervise field trainers to ensure adherence to training protocols and curriculum
• Ensure timely submission of training reports, attendance sheets, evidence, and field updates to the central team
• Monitor and verify real-time data collection, identify bottlenecks or delays in training delivery and propose corrective actions
• Support and provide facilitation in the on-going trainings, field visits, mobilization activities and venue coordination ensuring the availability / delivery of necessary resources and materials
• Conduct spot-checks, feedback sessions, or post-training interviews with participants to assess knowledge retention and satisfaction
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination with authorities, partners/ community groups, and service providers
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

3. Required Qualification

Bachelors with significant experience of field coordination / project management
