Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager – Retail Sales to support our business growth and strengthen customer relationships. The role involves executing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and ensuring excellent client engagement to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • dentify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
