- The quoted amount must include all applicable taxes, transportation charges to Mansehra.
- Any errors, omissions, or calculation mistakes will result in rejection of the quotation.
- Quotation Validity (minimum 30 days).
- Payment will be made via cross cheque after delivery of items.
- The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations without assigning any reason.
Vendor Eligibility Criteria & Documents Required:
- Valid business registration and tax registration (NTN) proof
- Firm / Vendor short profile, indicating previous business experience in relevant field.
- Physical office / shop address
- Proof of filler and active taxpayer status with FBR
- Business titled active bank account detail
Submission Instructions:
