Location: Lahore base position 

Job Description:

Follow-Up Calls:

  • Conduct timely follow-up and reminder calls to due, default, and overdue cases using the official contact lists and BNP guidelines.
  • Mobilize eligible beneficiaries to visit the FCs for compliance, especially those who have missed their scheduled visits.

Data Entry & Call Logs:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs, including beneficiary feedback, visit confirmations, or reasons for non-compliance.
  • Enter call-related data into official registers or digital formats as per the reporting requirements.

Support in Documentation:

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and ensure they are shared with the FC Coordinator and ACT PMU.
  • Flag and report unresolved cases or any discrepancy in beneficiary information.

Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the FC team and Social Mobilizers for follow-up of unresolved or special cases requiring field visits.
  • Escalate issues requiring NADRA or BISP support through appropriate channels.

Beneficiary Guidance:

  • Guide beneficiaries over the phone regarding required documents, visit timings, and program entitlements (e.g., SNF, civic registration, etc.).

 Additional Tasks:

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the ACT Project Management Unit in line with project needs...
