Job Description:

  • Crowd Management: Maintain orderly queues and guide beneficiaries through each service point (Registration, Anthropometry, Compliance, Distribution, etc.) to ensure smooth FC operations.
  • Beneficiary Assistance: Identify and assist vulnerable individuals such as pregnant women, mothers with infants, the elderly, or persons with disabilities, ensuring they receive services without delay.
  • Flow Coordination: Communicate with FC staff to coordinate beneficiary movement, minimize waiting time, and prevent overcrowding at service desks.
  • Awareness and Orientation: Provide basic guidance to beneficiaries on available services, station-wise flow, and expected behavior within the FC premises.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain the Crowd Management Register, issues reported, and number of beneficiaries managed.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure that the waiting and service areas remain clean, safe, and accessible throughout the day, reporting any hazards to the FC Coordinator immediately.
  • Emergency Response: Report any emergencies, health issues, or security incidents to the FC Coordinator or relevant authority in a timely manner.

Additional Duties: Perform any other task assigned by the FC Coordinator or Project Management Unit (PMU) to support overall FC operations.

Note :Preference will be given to candidates from the local community of the district.
