Manager

Job Description:

Background:

A medical product distribution company is expanding its footprint in Pakistan’s health sector through the introduction of innovative medical technologies including portable X-ray systems and molecular diagnostic tools. We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Market Access & Distribution Manager to support regulatory approvals and drive product uptake across public and private-sector healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate product registration processes with DRAP and other relevant authorities.
• Provide technical guidance on regulatory compliance, importation, licensing, and documentation.
• Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, hospital procurement teams, diagnostics networks, ministry of health, public sector Hospitals 
• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies for new medical technologies.
• Support market intelligence gathering, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy formulation.
• Coordinate marketing efforts targeting public and private hospitals, labs, diagnostics chains, NGOs, Development Partners.
• Act as a liaison between the Company and key stakeholders to accelerate product uptake.
• Provide regular progress reports and advise on course corrections based on field insights.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience with product launches or scale-up of innovative medical technologies.
• Familiarity with donor-funded and public sector procurement and digital health solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
