Finance Officer

About:

CIER is seeking a Finance Officer to manage financial operations for a training and advocacy project. The role includes budgeting, reporting, audits, and ensuring compliance with the policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project finances, transactions, and payroll

• Prepare periodic financial reports

• Maintain budget, track expenses, and support audits

• Ensure donor compliance and assist procurement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in NGO/donor-funded financial management

• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial reporting

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
