CIER promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion through education and training. We're hiring a Project Coordinator to lead a teacher training, accessibility, and advocacy project with partner institutions and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project activities with stakeholders

  • Organize trainings, meetings, and advocacy events

  • Monitor progress, reporting, and ensure compliance

  • Liaise with the partners and support budgeting tasks

Requirements:

  • Master’s in Education, Social Sciences, or related field

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing development projects

  • Knowledge of teacher training or inclusive education preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Fluent in English & Urdu; willing to travel occasionally
