An international organization c/o Pakistan Red Crescent Society is looking for a Senior Officer Result Management and Reporting to assist the Country Officer in their day-to-day operations in the country.

Purpose of Country Senior Officer Result Management and Reporting position:
The purpose of the Senior Officer Result Management and Reporting is to strengthen Norwegian Red Cross’ operational management through ensuring adoption of the minimum standards in the Country and lead on the measurement, quality assurance and documentation of results.

Coordinate, support and advice on primary and secondary data collection, management, storage and archiving.

Supports in the planning for evaluation to measure programme success, including development of Terms of Reference, coordinating with National Society and external consultant and quality assuring the process and the deliverables.

Personal qualifications, skills and knowledge

Capacities and experience in monitoring and evaluation

Capacity in humanitarian information management

Proven ability to monitor (Health, Protection and Cash, Other as relevant) programmes in challenging contexts.

Proven experience in applying best practices in project cycle management.

Excellent analysis and reporting skills on humanitarian projects with measurable results.

Understanding of the interagency coordination mechanisms and the Red Cross Red Crescent movement is an asset

Working proficiency of regional languages is required. Fluency in English is an asset.
