- Item-wise rates must be quoted on official letterheads.
- All quotations must be signed and stamped.
- The quoted amount must include all applicable taxes, loading/unloading and transportation charges to Mansehra & Battagram City.
- Any errors, omissions, or calculation mistakes will result in rejection of the quotation.
- The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations without assigning any reason.
- Quotation Validity (minimum 30 days).
Vendor / Supplier Eligibility Criteria & Documents Required:
- Valid business registration and tax registration (NTN) proof
- Firm / Vendor short profile, indicating previous business experience in relevant field.
- Physical office presence / address (preferably in District Mansehra, Abbottabad or Battagram)
- Proof of filler and active taxpayer status with FBR
- Business titled active bank account detail
Submission Instructions:
