Relevant experience:
For the position of medical officer, an MBBS certificate at least 3-year experience is considered necessary. Experience relevant field in project would be given preference.
Key Responsibilities (Woman Medical Officer):
Implementation:
- Physical examinations diagnoses and treats different illnesses, injuries and disabilities
- Maintenance of daily report records, including medical histories,
- Medical officer’s guidance and support to employees, promoting a healthy and safe work environment they play a vital role in the overall well-being of employees and the company
- Prescription medicine to patients project criteria
- Facilitate mainstreaming of Quality & Accountability on community level maintaining record of project activities and Q & A.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedure/systems of the organization;
- Work with cooperative attitude and keep a high standard of work quality
- Meeting the OPD targets
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Consultation and Coordination:
Close coordination, communication and meeting with Project Manager/ Project Officer.
Records and Reporting:
Ensure that OPD Register, medicine stock & OPD Book records are maintained.
Confidentiality:
Maintain confidentiality in all information gained through access to organizational database, flow of information, or other information source. Any disbursement of information related to organization, its projects/programs, staffs, or other relevant matters will be legally held against.
