Foundation for Ageing & Inclusive Development - FAID , a non profit organization, will conduct an IT Equipment auction at its Islamabad office. The attachment contains information about the IT equipment. .
Terms and Conditions:
- All items would be sold in lot(s) (details mentioned below).
- The Procurement Committee would review the sealed bids received and after approval would announce successful bidders on 15th July 2025. The successful bidders would be informed by telephone, mail or e-mail, whichever is possible.
- After award is made, the full amount in cash will be deposited to FAID according to time and date stated above. If the successful bidder fails to pay the full amount, the bid would be considered forfeited to FAID without any claim against FAID.
- The lot(s) be removed from FAID Pakistan premises by the above stated time and date. FAID will not be responsible for the safekeeping and handling of the items after expiry of above stipulated delivery time and date.
- Any addition / deletion, re-writing or erasure etc. may disqualify the bid.
- If two or more bidders for any lot bid the same price, the choice of the successful bidder would be made by FAID from amongst the successful bidders.
- The lots are sold on "AS IS AND WHERE IS BASIS" without any obligation on FAID.
- Adequate labor and removal of items shall be the responsibility of the successful bidders.
- FAID Pakistan reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
