Tender Notice for Auction
of Vehicles

The International Rescue Committee (IRC), a non-profit organization, will conduct a vehicle auction at its Islamabad office. The details of the vehicles are as follows:

• Toyota Corolla GLi (1)– 2010 Model – Islamabad registered
• Toyota Corolla GLi (1) – 2011 Model – Islamabad registered
• Toyota Single Cabin (1) – 2004 Model – Peshawar registered
• Toyota Hilux Double Cabin (1) – 2007 Model – Peshawar registered

Terms & Conditions:

1. The vehicles will be auctioned “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis.
2. The auction form (PKR 500) can be obtained from the International Rescue Committee office (address below) during office hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) from June 30, 2025, to July 04, 2025. All interested bidders may inspect the vehicles during this period.
3. Sealed bids, along with a 10% bid security in the form of a bank draft/pay order in favor of “International Rescue Committee”, must be submitted to the address mentioned at the end of this advertisement by or before Monday July 07, 2025:
4. Bid security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders within seven (07) working days of bid opening. While for successful bidder (s) it will be adjusted in quoted price. The remaining balance of the offered price must be deposited within seven (07) working days of award notification. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the offer and forfeiture of the bid security.
5. The successful bidder shall be solely responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes, and other statutory charges as required under the prevailing laws and regulations.
6. Bids must be submitted exclusively on the official Bid Submission Form issued by the International Rescue Committee (IRC), duly completed and signed, and must be accompanied by a valid copy of the bidder’s Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and the prescribed bid security. Bids that are overwritten, unclear, or incomplete will not be accepted.
7. The purchaser shall be responsible for the transfer of vehicle ownership and any associated costs.
8. Vehicles shall be handed over only after full payment and successful transfer of ownership. The vendor will submit the provisional letter issued by excise and taxation office for the transfer of vehicle at the time of handing taking over of vehicle.
9. The International Rescue Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason and such a decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
