Relevant Experience:

 

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting, preferably within the NGO or development sector.
  • Proven experience in managing donor-funded project, including accounting, budget preparation, financial reporting, compliance, and audit support.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, and compliance standards applicable to the nonprofit sector.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, SAP, or ERP systems, along with advanced skills in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with field teams, external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Fluency in English and Urdu is required; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage for field coordination
