Relevant Experience:
Master’s Degree in social sciences, with a preference for higher academic qualifications.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in youth-related projects, and LSBE.
- Excellent skills in training facilitation, capacity development, and monitoring.
- Strong coordination abilities across technical areas, supporting multi-staff teams.
- Effective communication in English and Urdu.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in low-resource contexts.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote or challenging environments.
Job Description:
Utilize tools and approaches developed for LSBE and youth-related programs.
- Develop result-based program plans and work breakdown structures in consultation with senior management.
- Provide monitoring and evaluation support to strengthen team capacity for effective grassroots program delivery.
- Oversee and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to international standards.
- Produce and submit timely technical and financial reports to the donor and relevant advisors.
- Provide managerial oversight to project staff.
- Represent the organization at the local level and liaise with stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure transparency.
- Regularly engage with concerned authorities to provide updates on project manuals and frameworks.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
