We are seeking a competent and professional Front Desk Officer (Female) to be stationed at our client's premises in F-11, Islamabad

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintain security and telecommunications system.
  • Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Understanding and acting on emergency plans when needed
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Controlling access to various parts of the building
  • Noticing and reporting suspicious activity
  • Managing incoming and outgoing packages
