General Position Summery:
Senior MEL Officer is responsible for developing, coordinating, maintaining, and constantly improving the MEL functions and facilitating training for program/project staff on basic MEL practices. The Senior MEL Officer will work in close coordination with the MEL Manager in Islamabad and with the program teams in Quetta. Senior MEL Officer will provide assistance at the field level to the centralized MEL department in the proper functioning of online system development for the project.
