Relevant Experience:

 Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business administration have 3-7 years relevant Experience.

Job Description:

  • Preparation of monthly management reports including variance reports of projects.
  • Assist in preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Processing of bank reconciliation statements.
  • Liaison with bank regarding (open bank account & transfer of funds to project offices).
  • Preparation and submission of monthly tax statements in tax authorities.
  • Preparation of employee’s payroll and responsibility to release cheques with proper procedures and tax calculations
  • Filling of vouchers and documents.
  • Procurement, arrangement and storage of office use materials.
  • Ensure safety and security of office martial and assets.
  • Preparation of contacts and financial notes for recordings as an evidence and record keeping.    
  • Assist Project Coordinator in preparing project costing/budgets plan for months and quarterly bases in line with activities of proposals submitted to donors.
  • Responsible for external audit, annual audit and project audit with the support of Manager Accounts and PC.
  • Take relative measures and provide timely support to other project staff to perform their roles and for needed assignments.
  • To understand and follow partner’s formats for reporting, planning and auditing to meet the compliances.
