Consultant/Trainer

Required Qualification/skills:

Individual trainers must have a Master Degree in the relevant field and preference will be given to Higher Education

Must have at least 5 years of experience in imparting trainings.

Have interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills

Reporting and presentation skills.

Consultants Responsibilities:

• The Trainer will impart the training to identified community members in D-I-Khan and Tank.
• The trainer will be responsible for the registration of the participants
• The trainer will prepare and share the training schedule, and course outlines along with the methodology for the training and will share it with SRSP for approval.
• Trainer will prepare and provide training material for his/her own use during training
• sessions and provide to SRSP along with submission of proposal (technical & financial). 
• Trainer will have to prepare handouts for the training participants (photocopies will be done by SRSP)
• The trainer will design and prepare pre and post assessment forms for the trainees.
• The methodology of the training would be participatory and any other practical method; meanwhile, a plenary lecture would also be feasible for better understanding. 
• The medium of instruction for training should be the local language (Saraiki, Pashto or Urdu).
• Compile and submit a training report on the completion of training highlighting the training objectives, contents, methodology, expected outcome, challenges, registration forms, complete and signed attendance sheets, presentation and pictures, pre and post-evaluation, main conclusions, and recommendations.
• The consultant/master trainer (resource person) will be responsible for his/her traveling, boarding & lodging, and food except lunch/tea during training hours.
