Job Description

• Supervise project teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Perform administrative tasks relevant to project management.
• Implement and enforce IDEA's line management policies, including Health & Safety protocols, absence management, performance development, and appraisal procedures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and budget tracking.
• Uphold the IDEA Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with management directives regarding chargeability and timesheet submission.
• Provide professional guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to team members under the post-holder's supervision.
• Ensure team members comply with all operational and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Develop and refine procedures within the field team to optimize performance and enhance IDEA's standing.
• Cultivate and sustain connections with relevant professional organizations and bodies.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of standards and practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications for project management and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
