Job Description:

Position Overview:

As a CA Trainee Student at Sohaib Saleem Dar & Co., you will be an integral part of our team of problem solvers, assisting in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and receive in-the-moment feedback in a constructive manner. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Identify problems and opportunities and make suggestions for improvements, contributing to the success of projects and initiatives.
• Handle, manipulate, and analyze data and information responsibly, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Adhere to risk management and compliance procedures, ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the area of specialism, keeping pace with the latest trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
• Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner, both verbally and in written materials you produce.
• Build and maintain an internal and external network, fostering professional relationships that contribute to personal and organizational growth.
• Seek opportunities to learn about how SSD operates as a firm, gaining insights into our unique approach and services.
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in all professional interactions and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• CA Track - Students from batch FTS-32 to the most recent FTS are eligible to apply.
• Must have successfully cleared all 13 papers of CAF.
• Shortlisting for this position will be based on the performance score during the interview process.
