Dear Vendor,

Palladium Pakistan is Private Limited Company registered with the Security Exchange commission of Pakistan since 2015, having register office at Jang / Geo Building, East Blue Area Islamabad.

Palladium Pakistan intends to set up its new field/regional office located in University Town, Peshawar – KPK. For the said purpose we seek capable vendors/suppliers for provision/installation of Office Furniture, Equipment, wiring etc. as per following categories:

1. Security & Safety (Converting normal room to safe room, provision, and installation of IP Cameras with wiring, recorder, commissioning etc) See Attached Annex A.
2. Furniture (Provision of Office Tables, Meeting Tables, Chairs, Blinds, Glass Writing Boards etc.) See Attached Annex B.
3. Provision and installation of Office Equipment Annex C.
4. Provision and installation of 60KVA Generator Annex D.

Manner of Submission:

Vendors can Apply for anyone category separately, or a combine quotation will also be acceptable.

All interested vendors/parties are requested to go through given instructions/requirements in detail before submission of proposal/quotation.

Please submit your sealed quotation CLEARLY MENTIONING CATEGORY APPLIED FOR ON THE SEALED ENVELOP in accordance with the requirements detailed below: “

Please deliver/Courier sealed quotes addressing to The Procurement Committee at “3^rd Floor Jung Building, Fazal e Haq Road, East Blue Area, Islamabad” not later than Tuesday, 8^th August 2023 by 4:00pm.

Mandatory Terms Conditions:

• Vendor should be registered in Sale and Income Tax authorities and calculate GST as per your registration area/province law.
• All Taxes will apply as per Govt. of Pakistan Taxation Law.
• Provision/Transportation/Loading/Unloading/Installation etc. is selected vendor’s responsibility.
• The Palladium Pakistan and it’s management in its sole and absolute discretion have the right to award/qualify/select/reject any proposal or quotations submitted or breakdown the BoQ for award items/services listed in each RFQ, as it deems to be in the best interest of the company.
• Interested parties can apply for one or all categories.
• Cover all items in each category you are applying for. Vendors not covering all items/requirements in applied category will not be considered.
• Use attached annextures/format to quote your rates with authorised signatures and stamp.
• The company will not contact or consult if the vendor is not responded as per the requirements listed in the RFQ.
• For clarification/questions contact through email given below before 8^th August 2023. Direct contact is not encouraged.
• Proposals/Quotations received after given date and time will not be considered.
• Final payment(s) will be made on satisfactory completion/provision of ordered services/items.

Deadline for submission of quotations is 8^th August 2023 by 4:00 pm. Companies, quotation after the deadline will not be considered.

General Instruction

The organization will not be responsible for any quotations lost in mail or not delivered within the stated deadlines for any reason.

The organization does not discriminate against any individual or Organizations with respect to her/his compensation, terms, conditions, or award of contract because of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, political affiliation, or limit, segregate, or classify candidates for award of contract in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual or Organization of business opportunities or otherwise adversely affect status as a Vendor/Provider because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or political affiliation.

The organization in its sole and absolute discretion shall have the right to award qualification(s) for any or all items/services listed in each qualification, shall have the right to reject all qualification(s) as it deems to be in its best interest, to waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in submitted documents, and shall be allowed to accept partial or total qualification(s) of any one vendor.

Modification or Withdrawal of Quotation

Any quotation may be modified or withdrawn prior to the deadline, provided such modification or withdrawal is submitted prior to the deadline. Any modification received after the deadline shall be deemed late and will not be considered.

Irregularities in Quotation

Except as otherwise stated in this Request for Qualification, evaluation of all quotations will be based solely upon information contained in the Organization’s response to this RFQ. The organization shall not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or oversights in any Organization’s response to this qualification. The organization may waive technical irregularities, which do not alter the price or quality of the services.

The organization shall have the right to reject an or all Quotations containing a statement, representation, warranty or certification which is determined by the organization to be materially false, incorrect, misleading or incomplete.

Additionally, any errors, omissions, or oversights of a material nature may constitute grounds for rejection of any qualification.

Palladium Pakistan Reserves the Right to cancel this procurement without providing any Justification. The expenses borne on the submission or development of the response/quotation/proposal will not be reimbursed.

Amendment to the RFQ

If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFQ package or if additional information is necessary to clarify any provision, the revision and / or additional information will be provided to each Organizations via faxed amendment or e-mail.

Incurred Expenses

The Organization shall not be responsible for expenses incurred by an applicant/Organizations in the preparation and submission of a quotation. This provision also includes any costs involved in providing an oral presentation of the qualification.

Term of Contract

The intent of the RFQ is to award contract/purchase order to the qualified vendors/suppliers who can provide and meet all specified requirements of this RFQ. The contract/purchase order shall commence with a tentative award date and shall remain in effect unless terminated, canceled or extended, as otherwise provided herein.

Licensure

The vendor shall submit, with their quotation, a copy of any license(s), certification(s), registration(s), permit(s) etc. as required by authorities having jurisdiction; local, state, county, and/or federal.

Conflict of Interest Provision

The Organizations are informed to provide details / disclose in writing of any conflict of interest related to Palladium Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd.
