Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process for positions in the designated projects and areas. Assist in preparing TORs, advertising positions, scheduling interviews, compile interview record, reference checks and employment verification, background check, medical checkups prior to sending offers;.
  • Assist in issuing hris/email/medical insurance/employment card/employee id
  • Assist in Employee orientation and probation review;
  • Ensure that new joiners submit complete  documents for  issuance of employment contract
  • Assist in Employee Performance Appraisals and ensure that they are completed in time.
  • Assist in employee training needs assessment and implementation of the Annual Training Plan
  • Assist in implementation of Capacity Building of Successors, High Potential and Young Professionals
  • Assist in implementation of Team Building as per the Team Building Strategy
  • Assist in organizing in-house, individual and online trainings (e-Campus and other online platforms) and maintain records
  • Ensure Employee Meetings are run smoothly according to the SOPs & uploaded on HR Google
  • Ensure Trip Reports are completed and uploaded on HR Google
  • Ensure that Employee Exit process is followed and documented; maintain and analyze exit records to compile feedback and identify any trends.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; Suggest improvements and record related feedback of Employees;
  • Prepare contracts and certificates for internships and  volunteers and maintain record
  • Organize monthly Open House Session for Islamabad Office and compile meeting minutes
  • Conduct HR sessions for fundraising campaigns
  • Deliver Brown Bag Sessions as and when required
  • Responsible for drafting – contracts, memos, certificates (interns/volunteers/employees)
  • Announce scholarship opportunities etc.;

Externel:       Educational Institutes, Comparable non- profit organizations, Global People & Culture Team

Internel:        All departments, WWF Head Office, Regional and Site Offices

Duration / Type of Contract :    Long Term

Work Week / Hours :                5 days (Monday to Friday): 40 hrs. / week

Selection Criteria

Education & Work Experience

  • An appropriate post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resource Management is preferred;
  • Experience of working in a multicultural / international environment is a preference;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an aptitude for problem solving, decision making and attention to details;

  • Strong team-player with ability to work in virtual teams;
  • Sensitivity to gender and other current social issues in Pakistan

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of individuals within a broad range of cultural environments;
  • High level of good organizational and administrative skills with an ability to work well under pressure;
