Qualification & KNOWLEDGE:

  • FCCA, ACCA, CA,FCA, CMA or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant working experience in the UK market with clients
  • Substantial experience in financial management managing accounts

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English including effective presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strong accounting controls
  • Proficient in Accounting Software including Power BI, TAXCALC system, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical abilities,
  • Excellent accounting knowledge,
  • Good leadership and communication skills,
  • Excellent Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting skills
  • Strong communication and financial reporting skills
  • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism with colleagues and partners at all levels, ability to manage conflict effectively

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of annual Budget and Cash Flow Forecast.
  • Cash flow management on a weekly and monthly and advise CFO on financing the operations.
  • Timely Fulfilment of financial obligations towards the framework and the financers
  • Review draft bills and submit them for approval to CFO.
  • Presentation of consolidated Monthly Management Accounts with financial KPIs.
  • Supervise a team of accounts and train staff as appropriate.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients -- nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Assist with the management of a large portfolio of clients, including direct client contact and resolving client queries.
  • Strong liaison and communication with the clients
  • Discussing and resolving accounts queries with clients
  • Performing account reconciliations and monitoring the customers’ account details
  • Reporting management on the performance of team members and highlighting issues for team building
  • Meeting monthly fee targets
  • Ensuring the creation of invoices for services carried out and following up with the clients for unpaid fees
  • Regularly monitoring the work being carried out by the team.
  • Staying up to date about the work carried out by the team and addressing the issues on an ongoing basis
  • Responsible for a smooth workflow of the seconded assignments
