Position Objectives:

Will be based at PRCS Provincial/Regional Branch and under the overall guidance of Provincial / Regional Secretary, he/she will be responsible for efficient and effective implementation of the youth & volunteer Program at provincial, District and at grassroots level.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

1

Assist Line manager in Planning, mobilizing, recruitment, training and organization of volunteers and youth groups in the light of objectives of youth and volunteer policy of PRCS.

Assist in Planning and budgeting of annual activities for youth and volunteers in coordination with National Headquarters/Provincial Branch.

Assist in Preparation and submission of financial and activities report in accordance with time schedule.

Field visits to schools, colleges, universities, communities for orientation of Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement and establishment of Youth and Volunteer clubs

Conduct of trainings for Volunteers in Community Based Disaster Preparedness and First Aid etc. in coordination with all relevant stakeholders

Assist in the formation of Core Response Teams at all levels and ensure availability of volunteers for distribution of relief goods among the affectees of natural and man-made disaster.

Coordinate with other Departemnts for provision of volunteers for other PRCS activities at District and Community Level.

Organizing all events and trainings in coordination listed in SDGs project with all stakeholders and PRCS departments

Maintaining computerized data-base of volunteers.

Assist in Regular monitoring and evaluation of youth & volunteer program to ensure implementation as per planned objective

Any other duty assigned by the PRCS Senior Management.

Education

  • Bachelors in Social Sciences from HEC Recognized Institution.

Experience

  • 3x Years relevant experience in  a reputed organization

Skills/Knowledge

  • Preference will be given to candidates having working experience of Managing Youth & Volunteer Projects
  • Preference will be given to the candidates with PRCS experience

Travelling

  • Frequent Travel

Age Limit

  • Maximum age limit 35 years
