Physician's Choice Inc, a leading healthcare provider in Spokane, WA is seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Operations in US Medical Billing and RCM. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the medical billing and revenue cycle management field and a graduation degree. This is an on-site job located in Range road Rawalpindi Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of medical billing and revenue cycle management professionals.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of medical billing claims.
• Monitor and analyze billing and collection metrics to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement processes to improve billing and revenue cycle efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding regulations and guidelines
• Proficient in using medical billing software and systems.
