Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for sales and after-sale services. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong sense of building relationships with customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote and sell our company’s products directly to businesses and customers. The goal is to reach and serve the customers in any way we can.

A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers.


•  Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

  • · Proficiency in English
  • · Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • · Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • · Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • · Fast learner and passion for sales
  • · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • · Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • · High school degree 

Note: Candidate must have own bike/conveyance


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Reinforcing customer selections and helping them complete their rooms
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Explaining special financing plans, delivery procedures, warranties, etc.
  • Coordinating delivery between the customer and distribution/delivery system
  • Maintaining knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles and products
  • Entering client information into our (CRM) system, and conducting prompt and professional follow-up before and after the sales.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
