A national organization is implementing a flood response project in the targeted tehsils of D I Khan. The project will provide cash support, and winterization kits and rehabilitate government schools. The duration of the project is 03 months. We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and competent candidate for the position of Response Officer Male and Female. Qualification: 16 years of education in social sciences with 2-5 years of experience specifically in M&E, result-based monitoring, and supervision of emergency projects ( General work experience will not be considered). Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mix well with people of all backgrounds - Ability to listen and observe carefully, remember well and write detailed notes - Inquisitive and questioning nature and interest in people (including the ability to challenge own assumptions) - Computer skills, including MS/World and e­mail.
