Job Description:

  • Ensure all administration and management related tasks in schools 
  • Managing school security, caretakers, and other ground staff.
  • Taking into account each teacher’s workload and extracurricular activities when developing class schedules.
  • Ensuring fair allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Manage budgets, logistics, and events or meetings.
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with parents, students, and staff at school.
  • Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Ensure that the school fulfills relevant laws and regulations of GoS.
  • Resolving conflicts or other issues as they occur
  • Monitor financial affairs, including budgets and school expenses
  • Maintaining school record including student data base.
  • Supervise teachers, counselors, librarians, and other support staff.
  • Handle tours and co-curricular activities.
  • Ensure the school is functioning according to the SOPs provided by SEF and Moawin Foundation
  • Ensure timely reporting of progress of school to SEF and Moawin Foundation
  • Any other task assigned by the organization
  • Supervision of movement of school staff, students, parents, and visitors. 
  • Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of the school building.

Requirements:
MBA/BBA/BA with atleast 5 years of experience in well-reputed English medium schools
