ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

S/He will be responsible to assist the office for maintaining the file records, documentation, letter drafting and proof-reading. S/He is to ensure timely collection / receiving, processing and dispatching of complete mail and requisite replies. S/He will prepare replies for the audit points and other objections.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Intermediate with minimum 01-year diploma in Computer / equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Receive all mail and forward to concerned offices. Moreover, preparing of drafts / replies prior to the deadlines
  • Maintaining file record, in-coming out-going mail, official documents, training dossiers etc
  • Proof reading of letters and draft as per the service writing
  • Maintaining data record in Excel sheets in respect of organization’s employees
  • Prepare audit / objection replies and coordination with respective departments
  • Keep record of the attendance, leaves and duties
  • Capable of operating MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PPT etc
  • Capable of handling ICT hardware including PC, printer, scanner, photocopier etc

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • At least 02 years relevant experience

ADDITIONAL NOTES

The hired individual will be on 2-3 months’ probation period. The final appointment will be confirmed after completion of the probation period.
