Position Objectives:
To support the Organization telecom setup.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

|
Responsible for Repair / Maintenance of 2 x 100 Lines Panasonic Exchanges Digital operating console digital and analog sets.
|
|
2
|
Repair / Maintenance of more than 200 Digital and Analog intercom NTC and PTCL telephone lines and coordination with NTC and PTCL telephone line technicians
|
|
3
|
Responsible for Repair/Maintenance of Digital PRI (Primary Rate Interface) 1030 Lines and coordination with NTC Technicians.
|
|
4
|
Responsible for installation and maintenance of Digital and Analog Stenos and Faxes in PRCS.
|
|
5
|
Responsible for Repairing TV Cable Network and DWN (Digital Wireless Network), recharge of DWN Cards Maintaining its record and coordination with service provider.
|
|
6
|
Responsible for Operating of HVAC plant and coordination with vendor for its maintenance and repairing.
|
|
7
|
Responsible for operating multiple Generators, Fueling, replacement of fuel filters, Oil filter, Air filter, maintenance of battery and checking of radiator water and coordination with vendor for its Repair and maintenance.
|
|

|
Responsible for providing support on electrical and solar system such as meter reading, ATS panel, calculation of IESCO and SNGPL bills, management of bills with tenants and coordination with service providers.
|
|
9
|
Responsible to look after the Security Alarm system to make it functional and coordination with vendor for its repair and maintenance.

|
Education.
|
|
|
Minimum Intermediate
|
|
|
Certificate in Electronic /Electric will be added value.
|
|
|
Experience.
|
|
|
Minimum 05 years of professional working experience as Radio & Telecom Telephone.
|
|
|
Skills / Knowledge.
|
|
|
Repair Maintenance of Telephone Exchange, CCTV Cameras, TV Cable, HVAC Plant, Generators/Electric.
|
|
|
Maximum age limit upto 50 years.
|
|
|
Travelling:- As & when required.
|
