Qualification:
LHV diploma, Nursing Diploma / BSc Nursing
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct OPD with Gynecologist.
Taking and recording of Vital of all OPD patients.
Stitch removal of operated patients and ASD.
Collection of slips and investigation from patients and presents to Gynecologist.
Maintaining Labour Room Record.
Assists in Labour room (Delivery, Receiving of Baby etc).
Assist Gynecologist in OPD/ Labour room/ Operation Theater for Minor Procedures.
Preparation of Bills of private/POL discharged patients (Gyn & Obs).
Maintains Gynecology Obstetrics Record in computer for Monthly Report & State.
Entry of all Antenatal Card in Gyn/Obs Software.
Helps Female receptionist when required.
Maintains W/O JOs obstetrics record (living outside Khaur & Rawalpindi).
Informing duty doctor if there is any problem regarding admitted patients.
Carry out orders of doctor for OPD patients—ECG, Nebulization, Catheterization, N/G Tube, ASD, Stitching and I/V infusion etc.
Monitoring of retained patients in emergency
Monitoring of labour room patients
Pre & post Opt Care
Preparation of Bills of private discharged patients.
Any related duty assigned by CMO.
