Position Objectives:

This position shall be based at PRCS NHQ and report to AD /DD  Y&V NHQ He/she will be responsible for efficient and effective implementation of the Youth & Volunteer SDGs Program at provincial  District and at grassroots level.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

1

  • Planning, mobilizing, recruitment, training and organization of volunteers and youth groups      in the light of objectives of youth and volunteer policy of PRCS. 

2

Planning and budgeting of annual activities for youth and volunteers SDGs program in                  coordination with National Headquarters/Provincial Branch.

3

Preparation and submission of financial and activities report in accordance with time    schedule.

4

Field visits to school. colleges, universities and other Youth places for orientation with the RCRC movement and establishment of Youth and Volunteer Clubs at Provincial, District and Community level.

5

Organize trainings, events, day celebrations in integrations with all PRCS departments and with relevant stakeholders in support of concerned staff.

Assist Disaster Preparedness and Management Department in the formation of Core Response Teams at all levels and availability of volunteers for distribution of relief goods among the affectees of natural and man-made disasters.

Coordinate with other stakeholders to build strong relationship for better execution of Y&V activities for other PRCS activities.

Organizing Youth Camps for volunteers for Motivation and retention.

Maintain computerize database of Volunteers at Provincial and District level according to  the format provided by the NHO.

Maintaining close coordination with Government Departments, movement partners and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Youth and Volunteer SDGs Programme.

Keeping close contact with print & electronic media for the dissemination of information related to RCRC Movement activities.

Regular monitoring and evaluation of Youth and Volunteer SDGS program to ensure implementation as per planned objectives

Any other duty assigned by the PRCS Senior Management.

Education

Masters /16 years education in in Social Sciences / Management or related field from HEC Recognized Institution / University.

Experience

  • Minimum three years professional working experience with national or International Organization.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Preference will be given to candidates having working experience of Managing Youth & Volunteer Projects.
  • Competent in computer use (Windows,spreadsheets,word processing, power points, outlook/email internet etc.

Age Limit

  • Maximum 40 years
