Qualification: MBA Finance (16 years of education) or equivalent  from a university/institute recognized by HEC

Experience: 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Skills Required:

Ability to provide leadership, counsel, must have undertaken such projects in the past, motivation and constructive performance reviews to staff, securing their respective commitments to the goals of the Project.

Excellent communication/ presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English

Ability to work under pressure and to resolve problems in an efficient manner

Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment

Well versed with office productivity, MS Excel, Internet, and email applications

Job Descriptions

Responsible for processing payment for approval from PD, scrutinizing invoices, contracts, and other project-related documents before processing the payment. He will submit the bill to AGPR for release of payment from the PSDP budget

He will prepare and sign the cheques as 2nd signatory

He will be responsible to open the project bank account. Industry receipts/contributions will be deposited in the said bank account. He will operate the bank account as 2nd signatory. Whereas, Project Director of this project would be the first signatory.

Regular follow-ups on the release of funds with the Ministry of IT and other Govt. Departments

Reconciliation of accounts with AGPR and Bank and bookkeeping

Contract management including drafting of contracts, signing of the contracts, and execution of the contracts

Age Limit: 45

Increment: 5% of annual increment
