Relevant Experience:

Individual consultant should have at least 15 years of overall experience and must possess experience of liaison with government sector and strong knowledge on PPAF’s work. University degree in Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Economics and or relevant field.

Job Description:


PPAF is engaged in different projects with international and national donors especially with Government of Pakistan (GoP), Ministries and different government bodies. GoP has set up Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety Net (PASS) to oversee poverty related initiatives. Accordingly, the Administrative Affairs of PPAF are assigned to PASS Division. PPAF is required to do correspondence with PASS division on daily basis.



To deal with correspondence related to PASS divisions, there is a need to hire an Individual who would coordinate with relevant units in PPAF for provision of information and consolidate the correspondence. 


Scope of work

The Terms of Reference of the Consultant will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Focal person for all correspondence with PASS Division
  • Attend meeting with PASS Division whenever required.
  • Coordinate with PPAF - Units to gather information for PASS division.
  • Maintain meeting logs, files, prepare meeting minutes.
  • Dealing and follow up on the matters with PASS divisions.
  • Submit monthly report on progress.
  • To perform other duties/functions assigned by CEO from time to time.
