Appointment            -           Assistant/ Additional Director – Maintenance

Qualification            -           Essential:      BE (Civil),      Desired:         MS (Civil)

DHAB Pay Grade    -           18/19

Experience               -           5-15 years relevant experience

Job Description:

1. Additional Director will work under Director Planning & Development to supervise all maintenance works of DHA.
2. Well understanding of Water Supply Network, Operator of turbines/ tube wells.
3. Well understanding of sewerage disposal system, septic tanks, soakage pits.
4. To understand underground electric system, well known of Electric related items transformers, Gen set and DBs Panels.
5. Infra works, street/ roads and building finishing works.
6. Development and processing of progress reports.
7. Close liaison with other offices for processing / follow up of different cases.
8. Any assigned task by Project Director and Director P&D.
