Appointment            -           Assistant/ Additional Director – Development

Qualification            -           Essential:      BE (Civil),      Desired:         MS (Civil)

DHAB Pay Grade      -           18/19

Experience               -           5-15 years relevant experience

Job Description:

1. Additional Director Development will work under Director Planning & Development to supervise all development works and ensure their quality control.
2. Develop policies and procedures for smooth execution of work.
3. Ensure timely preparation and provision of design/ drawing of all essential engineering works and services by the consultants before issuance of work orders.
4. To remain intimately involve during planning/ designing for ensuring all requirements are met.
5. Ensure implementation of engineering standard practices for execution of development works.
6. Development and processing of progress reports.
7. Close liaison with other offices for processing/ follow up of different cases.
8. Evaluate and provide technical assistance to all Branches of DHA as and when required.
9. Ensure upkeep of all services in DHA & ensure availability of these to residents of DHA.
10. Ensure formation of contract agreement of development/ maintenance works of DHA in accordance with the good business practices.
11. Any other assigned task by Project Director and Director P&D.
