Relevant Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Development Sector / Education sector
  2. Masters  preferably in Education/Project Management

Job Description:

  1.             To assist Regional Manager in planning and managing all operational and educational activities at regional level.
  2.             Compile reports/data received from Districts/Regions and submit to Regional Manager for further dissemination.
  3.             To manage, schedule and follow up of all meetings. (Weekly, Monthly and quarterly review)
  4.             Prepare and submit requisition for the purchase of material for schools and ensure delivery of material timely
  5.             Manage orientation sessions and visit donors.
  6.             To manage and monitor the operational / educational activities and their reporting from the field through the office of Regional Manager to                  GM Operations.
  7.             To manage data base of teachers and learners and maintain record of all data.
  8.             To manage and resolve all issues of admin, HR & Finance of Districts/Regions.
  9.             Coordination and liaison with all stakeholders and donors.
  10.             To disseminate all concerned planning and policy matters.
  11.             Field visits to verify the reports on implementation of National Integrated Plan.
  12.             Support and coordinate in resolving issues of the District and Region related to Logistics, Finance & HR.
  13.             Design, plan and implement new initiatives in consultation with Regional Manager.
  14.             Any other task assigned by Regional Manager.

  1. Excellent Educational Program implementation and management skills through work experience.
  2. Outstanding people (interpersonal) skills and communications (oral and written) skills; excellent public relations skills and stakeholders relations experience.
  3. Exceptional organizational and coordination skills obtained through working in educations projects.
  4. Established analytical and research skills including, excellent report writing, editing and presentation skills.
  5. Experienced to work in challenging rural and urban field locations

Computer skills: Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google applications.

Language skills: Fluent in English             

Domicile: The applicant should have domicile of Gilgit Baltistan.
