Relevant Experience:

Job Description:
- Installation and configuration of new/existing hardware and software.
- Regular backup of server data on other server.
- Regular backup of server data on USB.
- Installation and configuration of MIS for points.
- To maintain inventory of other hardware like Computers, Printers, Barcode Scanners, Barcode printers, LCDs etc.
- Troubleshooting problems of branches remotely from main lab at first level, if not possible then visit the point or branch physically to fix the problem.
- Installation and configuration of MIS for points.
- Regular backup of database of main lab.
- Installation of operating system on client’s machines.
- Troubleshooting any reported problems from main lab and branches.
- Managing local domains by adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, user creation etc.
- Management, Installation, Creation and implementation of Domain Policies.
- Creation, Deletion and Managing Email accounts and Mail Groups of users.
- Providing Help Desk Technical Support to lab users.
- Documentation of preventive maintenance of IT equipment i.e.; Computers and Printers etc.
- Preventive maintenance of computers.
- Monitoring internet connections stability, point’s replication, and email and SMS services.
- Maintaining internet usage and phone logs.
- Any other task assigned by the Management
