Job Description:
- Share calculation of Hematologist
- Share calculation of I-10 point, CCP point, Faisalabad point and NMC Lahore Lab.
- Petty Cash Dealing
- Update Panel in MIS (Rate changes & Addition/deletion of tests)
- Monthly Presentation of NMC-LHR, Faisalabad & Peshawar Point’s Sales to G-4
- Monthly Panel billing
- Follow-up Payments of Panels
- Update Panel Receivable sheet, make entry of new bills and payment received
- 15 days panel billing
- OGDC 10 days billing
- Assistance in General Administrative works
- Complaints/Updates regarding MIS in QC (MAKABU) related to Finance/Accounts
- Update regular rate list
- Update FOCE record in MIS (addition/deletion or dependents & Employees)
- Tally the panel slips from reception staff
- Maintain Office/Panel files
- Fax/Photocopier maintenance contract of renewal.
