Position Summary:
Office Boy will ensure that the office rooms, toilets, kitchen and stairs are kept in a clean and orderly condition, keeping in view all the hygiene requirements. He will also provide support to Finance & Admin Assistant in managing daily operational tasks related to field office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cleans and disinfects bathroom: sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums, floors using brooms, mops. Other floor work may be required such as: scrubbing.
- Cleans and disinfects Kitchen: sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc.
- Dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
- Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
- Washes windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc.
- Will serve tea / refreshment to guests
- Performs other cleaning duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic education, able to read and write basic instructions.
- Relevant working experience with any Organization/INGO will be preferred.
- Good attitude and personal hygiene is a must.
- Demonstrated reliability regarding attendance and work performance;
- Flexibility and ability to work in busy environment.
- Demonstrated cleaning skills.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
Language Skills:
Have good written communication skills and can communicate in both verbal and written Urdu/Saraiki and English language.
