Pakistan Red Crescent Society is looking for high calibre and dynamic professional for contractual position, based in District Bannu for Routine Immunization Project till June, 2021(extendable).

Purpose of the Job

The RI District Supervisor will be responsible to develop work plan for all targeted areas. He/She will deploy and monitor staff movement. He/she will submit all Immunization related reports to Program Manager on weekly basis or on intervals as required.

Functions & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting functions within Immunization program concerned with the PRCS and IFRC teams.
  • Ensure the production of regular, timely and accurate narrative reports on weekly and monthly basis. 
  • Tracking and monitor program performance indicators and provide support to PRCS to meet program performance measures.
  • Ensure 02 Visits of BHU and Outreach on weekly basis.
  • Develop Monthly visit plan for Surveillance Officer. 
  • Manage efficiently the project budget and financial expenses related to the project activities; assume responsibility and accountability for the project financial part as budget holder.
  • Identify, analyze, accept or mitigate uncertainty in decisions and act (or not) given benefit realization and the risk tolerance.
  • Manage resources, budget and people.
  • Manage quality and plan for all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence and highest standards of work, service and evidence.
  • Provide technical support for strengthening routine immunization service delivery, including immunization components of PRCS in close coordination with DHO and EPI Coordinator.
  • Ensures that program objectives and targets are timely achieved and meets quality program standards through full coordination with relevant external and internal technical groups.
  • Ensure the production of regular, timely and accurate narrative and financial reports.
  • Ensure effective program coordination with key stakeholders at the district level.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Master in Social Sciences
  • Master in Public Health will be preferred.

Experience

  • Min 05 years team management & leadership experience.
  • Experience in immunization will be preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Good command in written and spoken in English and Local language.
  • Having basic skills in computer (WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT)
  • Ability to multi-task while leading a complex team in a challenging environment.
  • Willing to travel frequently to the Project Area
