Our Team

Media and Communication Team ensure the Oxfam in Pakistan programme and its impact is effectively communicated to Oxfam’s internal and external stakeholders through a variety of materials and channels. The team currently comprises of two Communication and Media Officers supported by inhouse graphic design consultant, all working under the supervision of the Media & Communications Coordinator.

Job Purpose

The Media and Communications Officer will contribute to delivering effective and timely high-quality communication of the Oxfam in Pakistan’s activities to the relevant stakeholders; and promote Oxfam in Pakistan and its works through different channels of media. He/she will ensure consistent branding throughout Oxfam in Pakistan communications. This position will provide technical support and advice to programme staff and partners on communication methods, materials and channels. He/she will also establish and maintain media relations and ensure effective coordination with print and electronic media.
