Relevant Experience:

• Experience in healthcare or Pharma industry would be an advantage

Job Description:

• Build trust and relationship in communities in target population. ( Mazgoan). Target population includes schools and residential complex.
• Coordinate , establish communication with societies to understand their  needs
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys in target population.
• Conduct / Organize awareness sessions  in target population on various issues like cancer-oral, cervix, breast, etc…
• Coordinate and organize screening camps for oral cancer, cervical and breast cancer, maternal and child health, etc
• Develop referral mechanisms for patient referral from screening camps.
• Maintain data, follow-ups of activities and patients.
• Maintain and submit monthly HMIS.
• Coordinate with staff and colleagues to create an enabling environment to create a synergy and outcome oriented workplace. 
• Assist Director in any project work related to community health and or research.
