Developing material for close
out event of
Every Voice Counts Programme in Pakistan

CARE International in Pakistan is implementing the “Every Voice Counts Programme (EVC) working in the Sindh province in districts Umarkot and Mirpur Khas. Every Voice Counts aims to support the Government of Pakistan in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals number 5, 8, and 16 which broadly aim to attain gender equality, ensure inclusive economic empowerment, and strengthening institutions. EVC’s objectives are aligned with the government’s Vision 2025 development agenda that strives to put people first, effective governance, and inclusive growth. It assists government departments in the implementation of laws and policies related to the wellbeing of women and men.

EVC has completed its implementation and is now in the phase of closeout.

Objective and scope

CIP is planning to have a strategic close-out event with the involvement of key stakeholders. The overall scope of the assignment is to develop relevant material. This includes

1. Develop material in form of an infographic (short video clip – case studies – booklet) and compile learnings and progress made so far. It will be based on learnings, evaluation, outcomes available with CARE.
2. Coverage of the event. (Video / pictures/ messages)
