Medical Technologist

Job Description:  

• Maintain sectional records in appropriate manner.
• Maintain Sectional file work in respective area.
• Participation in Monthly QC meetings to discuss the internal QC
• Place Weekly/Monthly/For-cost kits order to store/respective vendors.
• Verification of report in the sections.
• Conduct training of new/existing staff in collaboration with T&T section.
• Reagent/QC material preparation.
• Complete process of new test start in section.
• Participate in OPS/Staff meeting.
• Respond any query generated by Management/Pathologist/Patient.
• Complete any task given by Management.
• Supervision in Section:

1.                             i.          Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly maintenance performs by Technician/Technologist.
2.                            ii.          Monitoring QC of all equipments.
3.                           iii.          Monitoring sectional maintenance files.
4.                           iv.          Monitoring sectional inventory (reagent/consumable)
5.                            v.          Monitoring reload/today samples status from software
6.                           vi.          Monitoring weekly/monthly reagent/consumable inventory.
7.                          vii.          Review serology/manual Eliza test.
8.                         viii.          Monitoring document and out-source samples.
9.                           ix.          Monitoring document and save samples in Refrigerator after labeling
10. Monitoring document and save samples in Refrigerator which perform in batch

Relevant Experience: 01-4 years of relevant work experience in a reputed medical laboratory.
