Job Description:
- PCR samples handling and storage.
- Looking after the cleaning of section, which includes decontamination and maintenance of machines.
- Set up, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment with ethanol and hypochlorite.
- Analyze laboratory findings to check the accuracy of the results such as running of patient samples on m24sp and RT-2000 for the analysis of HCV (qualitative and quantitative), HBV (qualitative and quantitative) and genotyping.
- Handling and storage of reagents and kits
- Enter data from analysis of PCR tests and results entry in MIS on computer.
- Operate, calibrate, or maintain equipment used in quantitative or qualitative analysis, such as m24sp and RT-2000.
- Establish or monitor quality assurance programs or activities to ensure the accuracy of laboratory results by decontamination with hypochlorite and by performing swab tests.
Relevant Experience: 1-3 year of relevant experience
